Registration and payment must be completed prior to class. Payment for class by PayPal, credit card, or money order only. If student cancels class 48 hours or more prior to class start, fee will be refunded less $25. Students who do not attend class forfeit the entire fee. We cannot guarantee availability if you show up to register on-site.
Are these courses state approved?
All classes are state approved and certified.
I got my DUI/DWI ticket from another state. Will this class fulfill the requirements for that state?
You must check with that state’s agency to confirm that the Texas state approved first-offender education program will be accepted by them. In the past, several states have accepted this course as fulfillment of their requirements.
Are these online classes?
No. Per state requirements, the student must attend classes in person.
When will I receive my certificate?
For each class, the certificate is given to the student upon completion of the course if all fees are paid and all forms completed.
Can I take a class on Saturday of this week and then take the Sunday and Monday class the next time it is scheduled?
Classes must be taken in succession as they are offered. Example: For MIP classes taught on Friday and Saturday, the classes must be taken in the schedule offered/posted.
What happens if I arrive late?
If a student arrives late, they may be turned away and forfeit the entire fee. Doors are locked at the start of each course.
Are there breaks?
We give multiple breaks throughout each class.
May I bring food to class?
Yes! You may bring snacks and soft drinks/bottled water to class. Snacks and drinks may be purchased on-site as well (cash only).
When are office hours?
Call for an appointment as office hours vary.
Will insurance cover the classes?
No. Insurance does not cover these classes. All classes are self pay.
